How do nursing mothers use the Haakaa Breast Pump?
- Make sure your hakama pump has been cleaned before and after use
- Squeeze the pump to push internal air out
- Invert the flange, and place it onto your nipple centered in the middle of the neck
- Restore the flange, then the pump would firmly suck onto your breast
